We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you need to return your order, we will happily accept the return of items. Jewelry may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused, non-personalized and with the original brand packaging.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns on personalized jewelry that has been engraved specifically for your order. Also, we do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
We recommend you use a signed for or recorded delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
If you believe there is a fault with your item please contact us via email at customercare@mollybrownlondon.com with your order number and a photo of the affected issue so that we can quickly resolve this for you.
